We do not supply animal medications / compounds to the general public or pet owners. If you would like to order a compounded animal medication, please consult your veterinarian.

Original Prescriptions

It is a legal requirement for Artisan Vet to obtain a copy of the original prescription within 7 days. We have reply-paid envelopes for your convenience. 

With every order, we will always include a reply paid envelope for ease of posting the original. Please make sure you have your original prescription signed and placed into the reply paid envelope so we can mark off your original prescription and close your order. For any questions regarding original prescriptions, please contact us.

We charge a discounted rate for express shipping of $10 per order for orders under $60. For orders totalling over $60, express shipping is provided free of charge.

Please note shipping costs are per order and we are unable to combine orders after they have been placed to qualify for free shipping.

How to use Artisan Vet Portal

1. Simplest way is to use the smart search bar on the top right hand side and start typing the name of the drug required as it will automatically start displaying various options.
2. If searching by dispensary, choose the dosage form required (capsules, otic, liquid, etc..) and all drugs will be displayed by alphabetical order.
3. When the desired medicine is selected, please complete the prescription form and ensure all fields are filled.
4. Once you have completed your order, follow through the checkout process and select the payment type (credit card or 30 day account). Please note we provide free shipping for orders over $60, but if you prefer to collect from Artisan Chemist for urgent orders, please select "Pick up" during checkout.
